CiA Trivia Terms and Conditions
Please read these trivia rules carefully. If you enter one of our trivia series, we will assume that you have read these rules and that you agree to them. 

1. To enter a trivia you must be: (a) resident in Nigeria (in most cases, we specify regions you must be resident of upon participating); and (b) able to supply us with your full details including email address and phone numbers at the time of participation

2. Trivia is not open to employees of CSR-in-Action (CiA)

3. No membership registration necessary for individual participation

4. Participants are free to enter as many times as they like. 

5. Participants are encouraged to provide answers to trivia questions solely through the CiA portal. CiA will only collate answers gotten from the website and no other means unless otherwise stated.

6. Sending an e-mail is not proof that we have received your entry. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost or delayed, or which are not received for any reason. 

7. The winner will be the entrant who answers the most questions correctly and whose tie-break answer is selected to be the best of the entries by the collating software used

8. The closing date is as specified in each trivia series, and CiA reserves the right to amend the competition end date at any time. 

9. If you win a trivia, we will notify you by telephone or/and e-mail.

10. You can find out who has won a particular trivia by following us on our twitter and facebook pages.

11. By entering the trivia the winner agrees to participate in such promotional activity and material as CiA may require. Such as sending the CiA team an email as well as tweet and upload pictures of them with their prize(s) to Twitter and Facebook and other communicated social media sites. Winners will hereby allow for the likeness of their image to be used by the CiA team for marketing material on any of our channels of communication.

12. If the use of collating software is not required, the panel of judges for each trivia will be comprised of members of the programmes and marketing team of CiA.

13. The prize will not be transferable to another person as prizes can only be redeemed with proper identification 

14. No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize. 

15. If an advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value. 

16. Incorrectly completed entries will be disqualified. 

17. This competition is being run by CSR-in-Action, a social enterprise dedicated to the advancement of sustainability and good governance in the Nation.

18. Please read our Privacy Policy which tells you how we use any personal information we may collect about you by entering our CiA trivia series. 

19. CiA reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. We may also create rules which will apply to a specific trivia only. If we do this we will publish the amended trivia rules and/or specific trivia rules on the relevant trivia page. 

20. CiA will endeavour to send prizes within a month of the competition end date but cannot guarantee this delivery time.
